. Thanks. As normal for EU, the dates are dd/mm format.

Re: Dutch, I'll ask if this is the full list or if we're still expecting to see the list expanded as more deals are completed.

sooooo....Nightfall comes out 27th of october .....but we dont get our grey giant codes until december ?!! while the americans got theirs last month ?!! nice going keeping things equal anet.

It was supposed to have been in stores since September 19 (I think), and yes you can still buy it in stores (in America at least). I just bought one for both me and my friend last weekend.
